Booking Policy
All reservations at Heirloom Creative House must be booked and paid for in advance. Your reservation provides exclusive use of the studio during your scheduled time.
Your booked time includes setup and cleanup. Please reserve enough time for your entire session, including arrival, equipment setup, photography or production, cleanup, and departure. Early access is not guaranteed, and sessions that extend beyond their reserved time may be subject to additional charges.
Reservations may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation and no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Bookings are subject to studio availability and are not transferable to another person without prior approval. Heirloom Creative House reserves the right to cancel or decline a reservation when necessary, in which case any amount paid for the affected reservation will be refunded.
Renters are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition in which they found it, including returning furniture, props, backdrops, and equipment to their proper locations. Charges may apply for overtime, excessive cleaning, damaged or missing property, or excessive use or damage to seamless paper.
By completing a reservation, the renter acknowledges and agrees to follow Heirloom Creative House's Studio Rules and Rental Agreement.
Studio Rules
To keep Heirloom Creative House clean, safe, and ready for every guest, all renters and their guests are expected to follow these studio rules:

Your reservation time includes setup and cleanup. Please do not enter before your scheduled start time and ensure everyone and all belongings are out of the studio by the end of your reservation.

Leave the studio as you found it. Furniture, props, equipment, and backdrops may be moved during your session but must be returned to their original locations before leaving.

Treat studio equipment and furnishings with care. Renters are responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their reservation.

Children must be supervised at all times. The renter is responsible for the safety and supervision of all minors attending their session.

Do not stand, climb, or place excessive weight on furniture or props unless the item is specifically intended for posing or standing.

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted but must be kept away from studio equipment and backdrops. Please clean up all spills and dispose of trash before leaving.

No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, open flames, candles, fireworks, or hazardous materials are permitted anywhere inside the studio.

Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Renters are responsible for cleanup and any damage caused by animals.

For security and property protection, security cameras may operate in designated non-private areas of the studio. Cameras are not located in restrooms or designated changing areas.

Seamless paper is available for normal studio use. Please avoid unnecessary waste, cutting, tearing, or excessive damage. Additional charges may apply for excessive use or damage.

Keep noise at a reasonable level. Heirloom shares the property with neighboring businesses, and renters may not create excessive noise or interfere with other tenants or their customers.

Do not attach anything to walls, ceilings, doors, or other surfaces using nails, screws, adhesives, tape, or other materials that could cause damage without prior approval.

Do not remove studio property from the premises. Equipment, furniture, props, and supplies belonging to Heirloom must remain inside the studio.

Only lawful, professional, and appropriate activities are permitted. The studio may not be used for dangerous activities or anything that could damage the property or interfere with neighboring businesses.

Secure the studio when leaving. Turn off lights and equipment, ensure doors are closed and locked as instructed, and take all personal belongings with you.

Report accidents, damage, spills, or equipment problems promptly. We would much rather know about an issue immediately than discover it after the fact.

No nudity or explicit adult content is permitted.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges, termination of the reservation, or loss of future booking privileges.
By booking Heirloom Creative House, the renter accepts responsibility for ensuring that everyone attending their reservation follows these Studio Rules.
Studio Rental Agreement
This Studio Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all reservations of Heirloom Creative House (“Heirloom” or the “Studio”). By completing a reservation, the individual making the booking (“Renter”) agrees to the following terms and accepts responsibility for all persons attending the reservation.
1. Rental Period
The Studio is reserved exclusively for the Renter during the confirmed reservation period. Rental time includes all setup, shooting, cleanup, and departure. The Renter may not enter before the reservation begins and must completely vacate the Studio by the scheduled end time unless additional time has been approved. Additional charges may apply if the Renter or any guest remains beyond the reserved period.
2. Payment and Cancellations
Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by Heirloom's current Booking Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.
3. Permitted Use
The Studio may be used for photography, videography, content creation, interviews, product photography, and other approved creative or professional purposes. No illegal, dangerous, disruptive, or otherwise prohibited activity is permitted. Nudity and explicit adult content are prohibited. The Renter may not transfer, assign, or resell the reservation without prior approval from Heirloom.
4. Guests and Minors
The Renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of all clients, models, assistants, children, and other guests attending the reservation. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5. Studio Property and Equipment
Furniture, props, lighting, backdrops, and other Studio equipment made available to renters may be used during the reservation. Items must be handled responsibly and returned to their designated locations before departure. The Renter assumes responsibility for damage to or loss of Studio property caused by the Renter or their guests beyond ordinary wear and tear. The Renter agrees to reimburse Heirloom for reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage or loss. Studio property may not be removed from the premises.
6. Seamless Paper and Consumable Materials
Reasonable use of available seamless paper is included unless otherwise stated. Excessive use, intentional cutting, unnecessary waste, staining, tearing, or other damage may result in an additional charge based on the amount of material used or replacement cost.
7. Cleaning and Condition of Studio
The Studio must be left reasonably clean and in substantially the same condition in which it was found. Furniture, props, equipment, and other items that are moved must be returned to their original locations. Trash must be placed in designated receptacles, and spills or other messes must be cleaned promptly. The Renter may be charged reasonable costs for excessive cleaning or damage resulting from the reservation.
8. Personal Property
Heirloom is not responsible for cameras, lenses, computers, clothing, props, vehicles, or other personal property brought onto or left at the premises by the Renter or their guests.
Any property left behind may be held temporarily for retrieval but Heirloom cannot guarantee its safekeeping.
9. Assumption of Risk and Liability
The Renter understands that use of a photography and creative studio may involve equipment, light stands, cords, furniture, backdrops, props, and other potential hazards. The Renter and their guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care while using the Studio. To the extent permitted by law, the Renter assumes the risks associated with their use of the premises and Studio equipment. The Renter is responsible for injuries, damages, or claims resulting from the Renter's own negligent or wrongful acts or those of the Renter's guests. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived or to release Heirloom from responsibility where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Security Cameras and Access Monitoring
For the safety and security of renters and protection of Studio property, video security cameras may operate in designated non-private areas of the premises, including entrances and general Studio areas. Security cameras are not located in restrooms or designated changing areas. Security footage is intended for legitimate safety, security, incident investigation, and property-protection purposes and is not intended for public distribution or routine observation of renters.
The Renter agrees not to disable, obstruct, cover, reposition, or otherwise interfere with Studio security equipment.
11. Studio Access and Security
Access codes, keys, or other entry credentials provided for a reservation are for the Renter's use during the authorized rental period only and may not be shared except as necessary with members of the Renter's party. The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the Studio is properly secured upon departure and for following all provided entry and exit instructions.
12. Studio Rules
The Renter agrees to comply with Heirloom Creative House's current Studio Rules. The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests associated with the reservation comply with those rules.
Failure to follow Studio Rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund, reasonable additional charges for resulting damages or costs, and/or restriction from future bookings.
13. Neighboring Businesses and Noise
Heirloom operates within a shared commercial property. Renters and guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not unreasonably disturb neighboring businesses, tenants, customers, or property.
14. Availability of Equipment and Amenities
Heirloom makes reasonable efforts to maintain the equipment, props, furnishings, backdrops, and amenities advertised as available. Individual items may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, damage, replacement, or other circumstances. Unless specifically guaranteed as part of a paid add-on or reservation, the temporary unavailability of a particular prop, furnishing, backdrop, or piece of equipment does not invalidate the Studio reservation.
15. Photography and Content Ownership
Heirloom does not claim ownership of photographs, video, recordings, or other creative work produced by renters or their clients at the Studio. Use of any renter-created content by Heirloom for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to separate permission where required.
16. Enforcement and Additional Charges
The Renter authorizes Heirloom to seek payment for legitimate additional amounts arising from the reservation, including approved overtime, excessive cleaning, damaged or missing Studio property, or other charges expressly permitted by this Agreement. Where an additional charge is disputed or cannot be processed through the original payment method, the Renter remains responsible for amounts properly owed under this Agreement.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
18. Agreement
By completing a reservation and accepting this Agreement electronically, the Renter acknowledges that they have read and agree to this Studio Rental Agreement, the Booking Policy, and the Studio Rules of Heirloom Creative House.
Privacy Policy
Heirloom Creative House respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. When you visit our website, make a reservation, purchase a package or membership, or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, booking details, and payment information. This information is used only to operate our business, process reservations and payments, communicate with you, and improve your experience.
Payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment provider and is not stored directly by Heirloom Creative House. We may also use trusted service providers for website hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, and other business functions. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
